Belinda has a sore throat and fever today. It might just be a regular illness – she’s been out a lot lately, with the homeschool formal on Thursday and starting a new job at the flower shop yesterday.

She has the virtual visit with the surgeons tomorrow, and they’re supposed to release her to eat more than pureed foods. I emailed them this morning to see if this could possibly be from surgery, or if we’re past that point. Hopefully all is well.

She’s so busy right now – she texted her boss and her math tutor that she couldn’t come in today, and I emailed her ACT test tutor and the doctors. A day of rest sounds really good for her. I just wish she didn’t feel so bad!
